The Best Homemade Chocolate Ice cream

 The summer has just finished in Argentina and I don´t have happy face, a sad smiley :(

But seeing the glass half fullthere are still some warm days to come and can be sized.
Such as preparing an ice cream, the best homemade ice cream, chocolate. What can beat that? That is very creamy and intense chocolate flavor.
Is there more to improve? Yes, it is easy to prepare, does not need much cooking. 

But not everything can be as good in life, there must be some difficulty, condensed milk is neededBut do not wrinkle! Condensed milk homemade also! The one I did some 
back post is perfect for this recipe.

Moreover, it can be counterproductive, if they do it once, you probably want to repeat ´till addiction. 

T.B.H.C.I. (The Best Homemade Chocolate Ice cream)
Condensed milk 200 g
90 g milk
80 g whipping cream
75 g bittersweet chocolate
Cocoa powder 1 tsp
Coffee powder 1 tbsp
1 tsp vanilla essence
pinch salt
Cornstarch 1 tbsp
2 tbsp water

- Mix the cocoa, coffee and salt with the chopped chocolate
- Mix in a small pot condensed milk, milk and cream. Heat and stirbeing careful not to burn the bottom
- Mix cornstarch with water and add to the liquids
- Return to heat and cook, stirring constantly, until looks like a custard
- Mix the chocolate with the above mixture until chocolate is melted
- Add the vanilla essence
- Store in a container with a lid, cover with film in contact with the surface. Keep at room temperature until it cools down

- Put in the freezer, well covered. 

This recipe yields 300 grams of ice cream

And if the summer is over, the fall / winter can also be an excuse to eat ice cream under a blanket at home watching a nice movie
